・I took on this project with great pleasure as it needed immediate intervention to meet the needs of the owners.Ιn the front extruder a bioclimatic pergola has been installed in order to offer full coverage from the summer sun as well as winter conditions, also serving as a broader living room space.
・In the courtyard area, an infinity pool was designed to meet the family's swimming needs. Τhe entrance's and first floor's extruder roof was extended and has been planted in order to blend smoother to the surroundings.
・Finally the roof was converted from double pitched to single pitched and solar panels have been installed
for greater energy autonomy.
・The whole project was re-designed & rendered by me.

・Bedroom・
・Client asked for warmth and ambience in his bedroom. A slated oak veneer panel was placed behind the bed, combined with hidden LED tape which can be dimmed to match the desired mood. The bed fabric comes in natural pal tones adding that extra cozy vibe we all desire when we need to rest body & mind.
・Floor tiles are ceramic in 60x60 dimension also in a natural grey stone tone. Reader lights have been placed over each integrated nightstand to serve this specific purpose.
・Master Bathroom・
・For the bathroom, client asked for darker colours and some spa | wellness vibes. We proceeded with ceppo di gres, grey tiles in 120 x 60 dimension which offers a natural larger pebble terrazzo | stone finish.
・An integrated showerhead has been placed on the false ceiling near the window, which offers
a view of the forest behind it.
・Finally a larger slab has been modified in such a way, so the sink would be integrated by using the same material.
・At the bottom part of the sink’s angle, a linear drainage has been placed in order to further assist
to the continuity of the structure.
・Cabinets are made of marine plywood and lacquer layers to fortify it’s water proof durability.
